These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between PolyCopy and any natural person of legal age (hereinafter the "Customer") making a purchase on the website polycopytrading.com.
Any purchase implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which prevail over any other document.

Access to the copy trading Telegram bot is free of charge, as is the PDF guide; such access is governed by Article 9 of these Terms of Sale.
The guide is free digital content, supplied on an intangible medium, delivered directly via the Telegram bot (/guide command). No purchase is required.
The guide is currently provided free of charge: no payment is required to access it. PolyCopy reserves the right to offer paid content at a later date, the price of which would then be stated in euros, all taxes included, before any order is placed.
As the guide is free of charge, neither a paid order nor any banking details are required. It can be accessed directly via the Telegram bot by typing the /guide command (or by starting the bot from polycopytrading.com).
The guide is delivered free of charge and instantly via the Telegram bot. By starting the bot (link on polycopytrading.com) or by typing /guide, the Customer receives:
Delivery is instant and digital. No physical delivery is made.
Express waiver of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

Access to the Telegram bot is free of charge and granted for life, whether or not a purchase has been made, subject to compliance with these Terms of Sale. PolyCopy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of fraudulent or abusive use, or use contrary to the laws in force.
PolyCopy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and may carry out maintenance operations.

PolyCopy is an automation tool and in no way constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a portfolio management service. The Customer trades under their sole and full responsibility.
Polymarket is prohibited or restricted in several jurisdictions, including France, the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that using Polymarket is legal in their country of residence before any purchase. PolyCopy disclaims all liability in the event of use that does not comply with local laws.

All content of the website, the bot and the PDF guide (texts, code, design, logos) is the exclusive property of PolyCopy and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute.
